WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Weddings: 30 - 45 day turnaround
All other sessions: 2-5 week turnaround
All of your images are delivered online in a private gallery and you'll be downloading the full resolution images.

Are you insured?
We are fully insured through Hill & Usher. If your venue needs proof of insurance just let us know and we'll be happy to provide that for you.
WHAT IF I WANT MY PHOTOS TAKEN AT A LOCATION / VENUE THAT REQUIRES A PERMIT?
We always check on permit requirements for any location requested by a client. Most locations won’t require one, but if it does, we handle the paperwork needed to secure the permit in time for your session. Any fees charged for the permit will be your responsibility and will be added to your invoice. (We will always let you know any additional costs and suggest alternate locations if you wish to avoid a permit fee.)

We do! We're always excited to go somewhere new.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor session?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor session, we can discuss rescheduling the session. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos!
